I see 4 arhats in that list and 1 once-returner. There are too many to choose from.

"Monks, the Tathagata — the worthy one, the rightly self-woke one, who from disenchantment with form, from dispassion, from cessation, from lack of clinging (for form) is released — is termed 'rightly self-woke.' "

This is a silly poll (to say the least); as if people can vote and choose who is awakened. :D

It reminds me of how the pope chooses who is a saint, I always think, "does God get to vote on that?"

ok, it's a matter of opinion, and
according to one's own understanding of dhamma, who has greater insight into dhamma. perhaps it is problematic, but not entirely unreasonable

"How woke are you? Added to the Oxford English Dictionary this year, it’s clear that the word ‘woke’ has both meaning and history. The question, perhaps, is more what, exactly, that meaning is?

What does woke mean - what's the woke definition?
In its modern-day, politicised context, ‘woke’ is defined by the OED as ‘originally: well-informed, up-to-date. Now chiefly: alert to racial or social discrimination and injustice."

I won't participate in such a poll - I hope it is a joke?
