Why are you asking this question on a Buddhist forum? There are many other sites on the internet which deal with long fasts and weight loss. Fasting is not a part of the Buddha's recommendations, though there are some Buddhists who fast because they believe it has benefits for their practice. There is something rather odd about announcing that one wants to undertake an activity because it leads to a particular goal, while maintaining that one will not accept advice on it. As with your earlier question about meditation, there is the risk that you will open yourself up to poor or misleading advice when you don't really need to. If it's health you are interested in, you should in my opinion talk to a doctor or dietitian.

yes but you shouldn't
susukhaṁ vata nibbānaṁ,
sammāsambuddhadesitaṁ;
asokaṁ virajaṁ khemaṁ,
yattha dukkhaṁ nirujjhatī

Oh! extinction is so very blissful,
As taught by the One Rightly Self-Awakened:
Sorrowless, stainless, secure;
Where suffering all ceases

etaṁ santaṁ etaṁ paṇītaṁ yadidaṁ sabbasaṅkhārasamatho sabbūpadhipaṭi nissaggo taṇhakkhayo virāgo nirodho nibbānaṁ

This is peaceful, this is excellent, that is: the stilling of all preparations, the relinquishment of all attachments, the destruction of craving, detachment, cessation, extinction.

I tryed not to eat and i stoped after 3th day. It xas challanging fist 3days but I stoped because at the 3th day there is some metabolical changing arive and as one of the effects is that you dont feel any hungry at all... You understand that you can stay like this one or two weeks more. So i stoped here, the experiment reached his aim.

Yes you can, but only if you know what are you doing and why you are doing it.

It is very unhealthy to do so and you'd still need at least water. Caesar Chavez did several hunger protests, some very long ones. He lived to only 66 years old, no doubt due to the damage he did to his organs being that long without food.

In the Jain tradition, there is the ritual fasting called Sallekhana, aiming for a restraining of the mind and body, eventually leading to death. This is controversial though not considered suicide in this tradition, and its validity has been legally upheld by the Supreme Court of India.

So unless you are in India following the Jain faith, and aiming for death, you shouldn't do it.

As the OP deleted his question the thread will now be locked.

To practice is to know your defilements,

the mind, still,

Attached to nothing, letting go:
