He developed a bond with the lions and other wild animals over many years, of course. "Don't try this at home" as the saying goes.

If they don't know you and they're hungry, you'll be just another meal for them.

Wild lions fear humans, they are aggressive because they want to protect their family. Animals know that we have guns. They don't hunt people, but tourists must be very careful. :)

How do I copy a picture on my laptop to here - using "copy" doesn't work...doh! :reading:

It's a jpg file.

Just a test upload, it works. Go to https://cubeupload.com
Click upload image, select your photo. Copy direct link and click the picture icon on this site. Two img text will appear. Put the link between the two "img" codes. Check preview. Hope this helps. :)

A bit of contrast to Alan's warm water photos. Most people don't like the cold, so have to enjoy the beauty of cold weather scenes via pictures. This is Lake Superior about 10 miles into Minnesota from the Canadian border. The lake is fresh water and it was about -30F when I took this picture; January several years ago.
Therein what are 'six (types of) disrespect'? One dwells without respect, without deference for the Teacher; one dwells without respect, without deference for the Teaching; one dwells without respect, without deference for the Order; one dwells without respect, without deference for the precepts; one dwells without respect, without deference for heedfulness; one dwells without respect, without deference for hospitality. These are six (types of) disrespect.

Just outside my window, right now. The dark spots are from the falling snow. We've been snowed in for a while, and it's been dark and gloomy.

My latest. Subtle color, tones, and hue. Or, at least I think so. Worked on it for awhile.
