Where is daverupa?

Post by binocular »

Greetings.

Does anyone know how Dave (daverupa) is doing?

I enjoy his posts. He hasn't been around for quite some time.

Hopefully, he's doing well.

Thanks.

His health isn't too good, which is probably why he isn't posting on the internet these days.

I also noticed his absence. His contributions were so valuable, both here and on Aloka's site. Wishing him well.

He is a wonderful Kalyanamitta.
I knew he is not well for some time.
I am sure he is coping with all this with the aid of Buddha Dhamma.

Thanks, kids.

Just emerging to ask a couple questions.
  • "And how is it, bhikkhus, that by protecting oneself one protects others? By the pursuit, development, and cultivation of the four establishments of mindfulness. It is in such a way that by protecting oneself one protects others.

"And how is it, bhikkhus, that by protecting others one protects oneself? By patience, harmlessness, goodwill, and sympathy. It is in such a way that by protecting others one protects oneself.
