Keeping cool when others are getting hot under the collar is undoubtedly very important.Spiny Norman wrote:Ice-cream!
I see nothing more important than mindfulness for keeping cool under pressure, removing defilements such a greed (for icecream etc.), and for seeing things as they truly are.
