Haha. I guess you could stay for a thousand years on the computer if you were to argue with everyone who is wrong on the Internet. However, the thing with Nenkham is that he isn't on the Internet, but in the actual real world, and creating real-world problems.

Some thai rich emigrants at the United States are financing the monastery for Nenkham Chotiko and the new cult from Wat Pa Kanti Baramee at Lake Elsinore San Diego. They have already started the blessing ceremonies for the construction.

He has the support of his close friend Nyanadharo Mahathera (known as Ajahn Pankhao), former disciple of Ajahn Chah and abbot of the monastery Bodhinyanarama in Tournon, France (the one who gave him shelter while the Thai authorities were searching for him). Nyanadharo Mahathera has traveled to the US to participate in the blessing ceremony. He can be seen at this video:

Ajahn Pankhao's monastery in France cut off from Wat Nong Pah Pong

Luang Por Liem (abbot of Wat Nong Pah Pong) has announced that Ajahn Pankhao Nyanadharo, a former disciple of Ajahn Chah, has not been following Vinaya standards of Wat Nong Pah Pong and therefore his monastery in France, Wat Bodhinyanarama, will not longer be considered a branch monastery. He has also been known to support Nenkham who fled from Thailand to America, saying that he is an arahant of this era, and declaring that he will help him start a new nikaya (sect of Buddhism) independent of the Thai Sangha.

Ajahn Pankhao at the US with the sham monk Nenkham Chotiko:

The following image may help to understand why the police did allow Nenkham to escape from the country and why many other monks, like Dhammachayo from Wat Dhammakaya, can skip the law. Money can buy anything in Thailand!.

Here are some words from Luangpu Buddha Isara, the only person that presented charges against Nenkham while everybody knew about his wrongdoing but nobody reacted.

Tardiness is injustice.

Picture of “Nenkhum” revealed, doing well in the USA. DSI can’t do anything!

Khaosod Newspaper, May 28th, 2016, 16:07

On May 28th, according to a news report, the latest picture of ex-Nenkhum or Mr. Wirapol Sukphol, an infamous ex-monk is revealed on the internet. He seems to live comfortably while living in exile in the USA.

In the shared picture, ex-Nenkhum was sitting beside a monk. The description states that the picture was taken inside a temple in Hawaii, USA. CSI LA is the first page that revealed Nenkhum’s picture, stating that, “Luang Pu Nenkhum traveled to visit a sacred Buddhist temple in Hawaii, USA. We would like laymen to know that Luang Pu is still fine. DSI can’t do anything to Luang Pu.” The page was subsequently deleted.

Ex-Nenkhum has been charged by the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) for many offences including violations of the Computer Crime Act, defrauding the public and statutory rape of a minor under 15 years old, which has the highest punishment. The case has the statute of limitation of 20 years.

---------------------------------------

What happened represents the tardiness and weakness of Thai government officials and law enforcers. The justice system still has many loopholes for the bad and guilty people to escape.

For example, in Nenkhum’s case, before he escaped, Buddha Isara took evidence to file charges with the criminal court. However, the court did not accept the charge because Buddha Isara was not the direct victim. The charge was also ignored by ecclesiastical officials because they accepted bribes from Nenkhum.

Afterwards, the evidence of Nenkhum’s offences was brought to DSI officials, who accepted it as a special case when Tarit Pengdith was the DSI’s Director-General.

Buddha Isara had to sit and let the officials inquire for 4 hours, which led to investigation and interrogation that became huge news.

Alas, the sham monk transferred his wealth and is now living freely in the parajika country, as you can see.

This case is considered a case study for government officials and law enforcers. They must find a way to stop sham monk Dhammajayo from escaping like all other previous sham monks. Otherwise, the Thai justice system would be endlessly ridiculed by foreigners.

I hope that in the Dhammakaya case, there won’t be an escape by any of the suspects. Dealing with these situations repeatedly has been tiring for me. I want the law to be truly sacred and penalize the guilty people.

If the slaves with red tails want to ask why no one is arresting Buddha Isara, who has been accused, it’s not difficult. If you want an official to arrest me, you can try filing a complaint against me for escaping prosecution. Then you will know who among us is escaping prosecution. I’m too tired to explain further.

Is this the same Luangpu Buddha Isara who took part in fementing unrest, blocking elections and took part in demonstrations to overthrow the govt.

"Several days ago Phra Buddha Isara led a group of ultra-royalist and pro-coup enthusiasts to the American Embassy in Bangkok to demand that the US government intervene and oust Human Rights Watch "

Here is a video of the arrest - it's fairly shocking really. I guess some kind of message is being sent.
