Hello all,

What does the Easter Bunny have to do with Easter?

Having been a devout practising Christian for decades before coming to the Dhamma, I can tell you what most practising Christians know .... the furry long-eared cuddly creature has Nothing to do with the idea of Christ's death and resurrection.

Follow that wispy light. It leads to what look like eggs bunched together. And one will be bigger than the rest, looking like a Moon in the clouds. Pagan nimittas, expressed in ordinary language.

I wonder what the percentage of western Buddhists are that love Monty python LOL.. great video.

Happy Easter to all, even though I have been a Buddhist for many years now, I still get together with the family for all the major holidays, as has been tradition since I was a kid.

I often find Ajahn Amaro's delivery very Monty Pythonish. He does an excellent impersonation of the great Brahma... ("I am the great Brahma...").
