not fair for it to be on a permanent record should be expunged after a while

i reviewed the tos and its not clear which if any rules i broke
i tried to do this privately my questions werent answered is it because i'm not a secular buddhist

Did you follow the complaints procedure and take it up with both administrators? First retrofuturist and then DNS?

But the first suggested step is:
Attempt to resolve the issue with the moderator in question first (if known, and if online) via PM
