can you change your name on this forum? i am not a bhikkhu but did not understand what the words i put together meant; i would like to keep same email but have a different account name

The forum software doesn't allow members to change it themselves, but if you notify one of the admins they will do it for you.

I have removed the 'bhikkhu' part of the username. Let me know if you'd like it changed to something else, here or in PM.

my friend said it is protector of the dhamma
he changed my facebook chat nickname to that after i had called him a heretic
we'd gotten into an argument about a picture of jesus and buddha side by side.
it would be neat to go by that name because he picked it out instead of me. and he has taught me the most about dhamma so far
i will miss sovatthika tho

can i make a new account and link it to this one

i was so dismayed when i thought that intro post disappeared. well, it's unfortunate that people can still see all the awful posts i've made. maybe i will make more awful posts to compensate :thanks:
