Registration Is Dodgy

I just registered using Firefox 22 on Windows 7 professional.
The process was a bit of an adventure.
When I made selections for American versus British English and when selecting time zone the form refreshed, went to the terms of use and then came back to the form.
A few times I made mistakes with the verification, but I could not read the error message as it was only on the screen for a split second before the site brought be back to the terms of service automatically.
