Hi all,
I've been studying Buddhism and practicing meditation for a few years, used to browse Dhamma Wheel and decided to create an account. I went to Thailand in 2008 and seing buddhist imagery piqued my curiosity and that's what led me on the Path. Been mainly practicing alone with books and online ressources like Amaravati and Cittaviveka websites, but also going to local Zen centers to receive person-to-person instructions from a teacher since there is no Thai tradition monastery in my province of Québec. My main language is french so excuse me if sometimes my english grammar might feel awkward. Looking forward to learn many things on these forums!

Welcome!
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
