Hello -
I've been off internet forums, social media and so forth for a number of years - in lieu of having a baby daughter and trying to reduce discursive thought - but am returning gently.
I am more familiar with the Sanskrit Buddhist traditions, but I have a deep love for the Pali canon and huge respect for the Theravada traditions. Hope to have some good dharmic conversations here.....

Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
