Hello

Post by SunWuKong »

Hi! I’m new to Dhammawheel, I’m also on Dharmawheel. Mostly I practice Samatha / Vipassana & Zazen. But mostly samatha as set forth in Anapanasati Sutta. I don’t have a fixed view of what kind of Buddhism I am into, and I’m in between sangha and teachers. I have been sitting with this practice about 19 years. I read from all Buddhist, Taoist, yoga literature. Even Sufism and Gnostic Christianity. I have specific questions but first this introduction :redherring:
