the upāsaka formerly known as 'Sovatthika'

Post by Dhammarakkhito » Wed Dec 27, 2017 2:13 am

i'm back with even more loving kindness
i'm an early buddhist non secular lay follower committed to uprooting defilements in this lifetime
not sure how much else is relevant for this forum
i run or help run the following groups and pages
https://www.facebook.com/groups/dhammawithoutapocrypha orthodox buddhism (discussion)
https://www.facebook.com/groups/490239124693523/ orthodox buddhism (buddhavācana/dhamma texts)
https://www.facebook.com/dhammawithoutapocrypha orthodox buddhism [fan page]
https://www.facebook.com/noblebuddhadhamma/ buddhadhamma [really big page with many great posts per day, please like!]
https://www.facebook.com/Buddhism4World/

my quora page: https://www.quora.com/profile/Birk-McClain-1
my twitter and stuff i'll probably put on my profile here
oh, my youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCW37Zo ... subscriber
so, you see, i'm just trying to be a good buddhist because dukkha is painful, even if i'm just going thru the motions.
sometimes, i really don't feel like a lay person despite having some worldly habits; my lack of a personal introduction comes from having painful memories. i'm at the same time grateful not to have a strong identity

if anyone wants to know more, i'm online pretty often

Greetings,

Feel free also to put a link to your pages on the Dhamma Wheel On Facebook page.

Yes it is a good idea to promote DW and Dhamma too.
Normally, when I watch a relevant documentary, I insert a link to DW in You tube as well.
