Hello My Name is Bramano

I am interested in the spiritual path that the Lord Buddha drawn. I started practicing with lay teacher some years ago, alsoattending, retreats, from few days to 2/3 week long. After some years of intensive practice, I started to stay for longer and longer period in monasteries too.
I am not an english mother tongue speaker, so sorry for the mistakes I will do.

Welcome! No worries about your English it's very good.

Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
