Hi everyone,
I just signed in as a new member. I am a Sri Lankan, 40 yrs old, engineer in profession..now trying to follow lord Buddhas path to find the ultimate happyness.
BTW its great site here.and thanks to every one who make an effort to spread dhamma here..

Welcome to DW. You'll find the western attitude here a little different than Sri Lanka, most contributors are not trying to spread the Dhamma, they are trying to understand it for themselves.

Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
