Hello there,

I'm kind of new to buddhism, so I hope I will find my place here. Still looking for more information about it and some spiritual friends who will help me to find my own path in way to become lighter.

I'm 22 years old guys living in Poland, which is very catholic country, so - just so you know - it isn't easy here to find a courage to discover something more than just a vision of hell and heaven. I was surrounded by very orthodox catholics in my life, so I find it difficult to discover my spirituality in spite of their criticism. But, here I am - the energy I got was made for it, I think.

Hope I will find at least part of what I'm looking for here. I wouldn't mind make some online friends here, specially that a contact with people abroad can help me organize my minds and, also, improving my English skills. :)

Cheers, guys!

To study is to know the texts,
To practice is to know your defilements,
To attain the goal is to know and let go.

- Ajahn Lee Dhammadharo

With no struggling, no thinking,
the mind, still,
will see cause and effect
vanishing in the Void.
Attached to nothing, letting go:
Know that this is the way
to allay all stress.
