HI there!

Post by Unicron » Mon Feb 13, 2017 11:08 pm

Hi, I am a new member. I've always associated most closely with Theravada, although I do think I am still on a journey of discovery on which "form" of Buddhism I fit into.

I am joining this forum because as I google things I am interested in, this forum pops up with the answers the most. So that must mean something.

I also prefer the Buddho meditation over breath - breath meditation gives me issues - Buddho seems very natural.

Good to meet you all!

To study is to know the texts,
To practice is to know your defilements,
To attain the goal is to know and let go.

- Ajahn Lee Dhammadharo

With no struggling, no thinking,
the mind, still,
will see cause and effect
vanishing in the Void.
Attached to nothing, letting go:
Know that this is the way
to allay all stress.
