Greetings

Post by poppoli »

Hi there,
My name is Olaf, thanks for this contribution, I'll most likely be surfing around this page, reading without commenting for my mind is sneaky thing that has temporarily been forbidden to express itself too much :P

I've been watching my breath for about ten years, on and off, on when in pain, off when I think I can control things - step by step getting more balanced.

Look forward to surf this page.

Warmest,
Olaf

Welcome to Dhamma Wheel!
Kind regards

loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.
