Hello everyone

Post by lithos » Mon Jul 15, 2019 12:44 pm

Hello, I´ve been interested all my life in different traditions for spiritual growth. My pratice has been focused mainly on yoga, not only hatha but also bhakti, karma, rajayoga. Since a year ago I am discovering Theravada tradition and I am surprised by the depth and effectiveness of its methods. So I´ve decided to join this forum to learn and delve into the teachings of Buddha through the Forest Tradition.
