only the Buddha can rediscover/realize the path

i'm reading small chant book by Ajaan lee DhammaDharo
on Four Noble truth
Damma chkkappavattana sutta
and the beginning the Buddha speaks that middle way is realized
and the end the Buddha speaks that the path has been developed.
which one is correct?

i'm trying to understand

if the chicken lay an egg first then the egg is born first
if the egg broken first then the chicken is born first
birth must be understoood

while the worldling has intention with passion

the clinging aggregates

and aggregates with out delight and passion
