Hello NotMe, I don't think I knew you before on here but anyway, welcome back! I'm a Christian myself and absolutely believe in God. Buddhism helps me to stay peaceful and smiling. :)

Hi Artista, Yeah Buddhism is about non-attachment. Something can make you happy without your becoming 'attached' to it(unless it's a addictive substance like alcohol or nicotine, but Buddhists tend to consider such things as 'unwise' anyway). Hi Ron, welcome! Yeah I was a "book" Buddhist for a while myself(mostly Thich Nhat Hanh). Now I've incorporated Buddhist meditation and following the Noble Eightfold Path as well. Anyway, great to have you on here with us.

Hello Erica, I've been a Christian my whole life as well(still am). Buddhism helps me a lot in life.. Reading Thich Nhat Hanh, following the Noble Eightfold Path, and Buddhist meditation which helps me to stay focused and relaxed. Anyway, welcome!
