a doctor. he speaks english.
You dont have to be a monk to live at the centre, but you
do have to keep 8 precepts.

Obviously, your lifestyle is not working for you.
I solved my problem by completely changing my lifestyle.
I quit my job and work form home, flexible hours.

The recordings played at the retreat are not proper chanting.
Its a lot of mumbling and moaning by Goenka,
