hi, If you remember i had problem with observing breathing, i'm using anti acid pills and that helps too much to reduce pain but still i can see tension and tightness during observing breath. my question is, is there any breath pattern to follow to become more relax? or even what is the most natural...

hello, i have pain in my right hip upper part, very annoying, doc said it is because carrying over weight materials and give it time, but it is still there after a week or more, it cause that i can not sit like before, specially sometimes after sitting it becomes more hurting. any experience? i thin...

every process has a cause, like mind object arising causing thought and as i understand Bhavanga Citta based on karma , and karma not arises and passes away, then how Bhavanga Citta could arises and passes away?

i love walking, i tried running before but that is hard for me, walking also a mental practice for me to keep the mind away from day dreaming.

i was doing with open eyes and i think it was really good, now i try with closed eyes, result is sometimes pleasurable feeling but i doubt that means better meditation, i really like to onetime i be able sit in front of a wall with open eyes for seshin.
