Re: Abhidharmadharmaskandhapādaśāstra
"simultaneous cognition" There is no teaching of "simultaneous cognition" in Theravada. A person cognise only one at a time. Let me know how you get on with that 😊 How is this 'truth' known? Easy. More to the point when you hear you only hear only one level of sound in my opinion.

I think hair is psychological.
However, some traditions attach the hair to the spiritual as well.

Re: Origins of Kasina Meditation?
In my opinion, the Kasina meditation pre-date Buddha.
Perhaps Buddha learned Kasina meditation from his teachers.
I think Cula Sunnata Sutta and Maha Sunnata Sutta are about how to use Kasina to gain enlightenment.

Re: Jhāna in the Śāriputrābhidharma-śāstra
Very interesting.
Is this from Tipitaka?
What I notice interesting here is that developing mindfulness leads to attaining Jhana.
How about the seven factors of enlightenment? How does it fit here?
What are the five noble faculties? Is this five Indriya?

Re: When Tathagata was teaching, who was teaching?
There is no other way to answer when you are an Arahant and some one with a strong self-view asks a question like that.
There are many Sutta Buddhas who refer to themselves as I me and mine.
However, they use it without self-view.

Operation of Kamma is a very complex subject. There are many kinds of Kamma. Perhaps your example will qualify for the weighty of Kamma. There are Niyama Dhamma and Paccaya Dhamma too.
