is actually one of the wrong views mentioned in one of the suttas but can not remember which one! find the sutta you have your passage. Thank you Cittasanto, I do recall this as being wrong view and I am trying to remember what the sutta was as I know I read it not long ago... Perhaps I should stic...

Yes I can see and understand how it would be difficult as the phrase is not really something the Buddha taught, I guess I was just looking at it from my own perspective as to say "everything" also meaning "nothing". as much as I like "sabbe dhamma anatta", and I plan on using that as a mantra, I would still very much like to know Pali for

Thank you all for your help. These Suttas, I honestly believe will help me. The Buddhas teachings are pure and profound. The rhino sutta in particular is one that has shed some light for me.
