I've read that a beginner with low wisdom should start with mindfulness of the body by doing this he will actually get a taste of nibbana I read it by Ledi or Mahasi sayadaw forget which one

I have a very social kammic constitution I enjoy connecting with people I have 11 years of Dhamma practice behind me but that is still the beginning I am no advanced meditator or wisdom being.

I try to see all beings without a self and as just entities which can feel. If they have the ability to feel I want those feelings they encounter to be good. I want there feelings to be conducive to awakening. all there really is is the experience of feelings no one experiencing them.
