Re: How did you learn to love reading books?

‘Why Would You Even Ask Me What My Religion Is?’

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C13y4D6e-A4

Muhammad Ali’s namesake son and the boxing legend’s former wife went on MSNBC Monday to discuss what it was like to be stopped at an airport in their own country for no reason they could determine except their religious faith. More here

Re: Tea and coffee at temples

For three years I lived in a Northern Thai mountain village where it was too high to grow rice and so the main crop was mieng — green tea that's munched like chewing gum with a bit of salt. Despite long and frequent exposure to it, I was never able to acquire a taste for it. To me it's just unbelie...

I found an English language link that gives a full account of this live fiasco and appended in my posting a bit late...

Re: Witches cast 'mass spell' against Donald Trump

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfJPYzxHM4g Bhante, this reminds me of a live TV stunt in India I watched some time back where a Hindu tantrika teacher claimed that he can murder Sanal Edamaruku, a leading atheist movement leader in India with his craft in minutes and after repeated attempts of 15 ...

A cowherd who was standing leaning on a stick put his stick o...
