Hey everybody, Thanks for the reply's. It's really helpful to me to know different peoples perspective. My working ours are really few. Ten hours per week. So I got a lot of free time to practice dhamma. I think I will take an hour of rest after I'm finished from work. If I need it, maybe even more....

Hello Everybody, I'm new on this forum. I'm from the Netherlands. I got a new part-time job since three weeks. It is physical work. And when I'm finished I'm really physically exhausted. My question is: What can I do on dhamma after work when I'm so exhausted? I got a passion for walking meditation....
