Re: Deleting account functionality

I don't believe that is possible. As far as I know, even administrators do not have the option to do so. And even if they could, they might opt not to because if all your posts disappeared, it would ruin the conversations which you participated in because people would no longer be able to read your ...

Re: a newbie saying hello

Hi there, all- I am 29 years old and find myself being drawn towards exploring buddhism. It's always been in my peripheral as something that was interesting and seemed up my alley, but I have never been a very religious person and I just never pursued it. I will be 30 in about 6 months and I have a...

Re: Is there a mind ?

We know the six sense media is the mind . But , we don’t know what mind is ? Different types of consciousness rely on different rūpas but mental consciousness arises based on a subtle rūpa in the heart. https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/dhammastudygroup/conversations/topics/28744 All the best, :a...

Re: Where are the arahants ?

It seems all the arahants were in the sutta but not here in reality . Existence of arahant is a myth . It appears that None has ever seen an arahant . Where can one find an arahant ? "The Commentary to the Sutta ³The Gotamid², in the Gradual Sayings, the Manorathapúraní, gives an additional explana...
