Ordination and sexual abnormalities

I read somewhere that before ordaining as monks or nuns there is some kind of check done to see that they don’t have any sexual abnormalities. What would class as a sexual abnormality and how would it be checked for?

I’ve got an image in my head of a monk who goes into a lift at the airport. A woman comes along also wanting to get in the lift. The monk panics and rapidly push, push, pushes the close button :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :jumping: :jumping: :jumping:

TBH I don’t really have any non internet Buddhist friends. One of my best friends is a Baptist. The other 2 close friends don’t really subscribe to any particular faith.
