Is anybody here going to Obama's inauguration?

Post by Individual »

At the last minute, I decided I'm going to go. I saw today's celebrations down in Washington D.C., all the celebrities there, that I realized... it's such a massively historic moment, that I have to be there.

But I'd prefer to not be alone. I'll go there alone if I have to and just walk around, and take photos, but it would be nice to meet people there.

So, is anybody here going? Anybody have a plan for how you're gonna get down there and get back? :)

I'm going, but in my professional capacity, I'll be performing at the cocktail reception after the Inauguration. If you wangle an invitation to that I'll see you there.

No way I'm gonna be able get into something like that. Besides, "cocktail reception," sounds formal.
