Hi everyone
Hi I'm Shalene I'm new completely new lol... I'd love to learn more about meditation & practice it more! So far it has helped in a lot of areas in my life. I'd like to study more about it & hear others thoughts on there practice & any ideas & just any sort of feed back!

Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
