One learns not to react with aversion when It is a unpleasan
One learns not to react with aversion when It is a unpleasant sensation and with craving If it is a pleasant sensation. But how does It work?
one suffer because one hasnt existed long : )

When doing Anapanasati meditation, you note that attention has wandered away from the neutral object of meditation (incoming and outgoing breath), and bring it back to noting respiration.
