One learns not to react with aversion when It is a unpleasan

One learns not to react with aversion when It is a unpleasant sensation and with craving If it is a pleasant sensation. But how does It work?
one suffer because one hasnt existed long : )

When doing Anapanasati meditation, you note that attention has wandered away from the neutral object of meditation (incoming and outgoing breath), and bring it back to noting respiration. And when doing Vipassana meditation, you note the reality of the sensation aka annica or impermanence.

That is how it works.
