Numerology in the Pali language

In South India used mnemonic and numerological Katapayadi system (Akshara-Sankhya). [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katapayadi_system ]

In Theravada countries astrologers also use some methods of selecting a name for the newborn.

Is there any mnemonic or numerological system in the Pali literature ?
