Greetings from Canada

Post by Joe33060 »

Hi my name is Joe I recently move to Montreal from Florida were I spend for many years. I work in medicine for twenty years, also did security work. I am interested in vipassana meditation now. I became Buddhist about eighteen years this was a gradual process I did some research as to what I was comfortable with, and resulted in the Therevada practice . I like to travel I have been southeast Asia many times. I hope to learn more in discussions about the Buddha, Dhamma, Sangha and noble truth also meditation practice.

Welcome Joe!

:anjali:
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
