What does it mean:You ́re already everything you dreamed of?

Im not sure who said it but ive heard it many times and never really understood these two expressions:

I think this would refer to born as human as the fortunate one, able to live until this time, can walk freely, can see clearly, can hear dhamma, can breathe easyly, can work according to dhamma (eightfold path), can speak and sing freely, can sleep easyly, whathever you go freely.
