The Buddha taught Anatta, so who will get Kamma?

The Buddha taught all things is Anatta. All conditions is non-self. So, I wanna to that who will get the actions that we do?

The being who does an action is anatta. When he experiences the results, he is still anatta. Right now when you decide to put your hand in the fire, you are anatta. When the fire burns your hand and you experience the pain, you are still anatta.
