Greetings from India
Hi Folks .I am a young man from India . Deeply interested in Buddha and His dhamma . As much a dhamma talk/experience as I can gain from here I will be grateful .This seems like a great place to be .Hope to see many noble practitioners here and share fruits of noble friendships .

Re: Greetings from India
You are very fortunate to live in the land of India, with access to The Four Holy Places that the Buddha encouraged all who follow his Teacings to visit:

Greetings and welcome to Dhamma Wheel!
“No lists of things to be done. The day providential to itself. The hour. There is no later. This is later. All things of grace and beauty such that one holds them to one's heart have a common provenance in pain. Their birth in grief and ashes.”

loud gush the streamlets,

Re: Greetings from India
It seems this forum is dead place.Wish there was more active place for laity to discuss dhamma genuinely .That would help many a beings..but its very difficult to find such a place and kindred spirits on internet .It cannot be helped it seems.
Historic Buddha is dead.Dhamma is a very delicate thing ,difficult to grasp even with a able teacher. And Sangha is scattered. what is the future of Buddhism ,If any !.Its much darkness in terms of Guidance. Graveled in fancy new age jargon which brings more confusion than it solves any.Hope Bodhisattas show mercy on mankind.
Anyway, Goodbye and Metta. Hope all beings achieve what they seek.
"The friend[56] has passed away,
The Master, too, has gone.
There is no friendship now that equals this:
The mindfulness directed bodywards.
The old ones now have passed away,
The new ones do no please me much,[57]
Today alone I meditate
Like a bird gone to its nest."
