Good morning. I'm hoping someone has some info on a statue/sculpture of the Buddha I see often on various websites. Though I see this image often, and have done several searches for it, I can never find any actual info of the statue itself.

Any info on this? Where it is located? Artist?
Thanks!

Just curious why the dhyana mudra of this statue is opposite to the usual right hand over the left? Also the legs in half lotus seems opposite too.

Re: Info on Buddha image
Thanks so much for the info! I had never noticed the left hand in right hand placement as opposed to the normal right in left placement.
I really wish there was a replica of this statue that you could purchase somewhere. For whatever reason I find myself relating to this image of the Buddha more than any other.
