hello to everyone

Post by ilervi »

Hello to everyone,
First of all i am very sorry for my english, that is just not good.
I was thinking budhism like other religion, and fact i have not got
A religion instruction leave me impossible to understandin religion,
However like my italian teacher was used to be very happy for who
That have sense of religion like many fiends i have. That just was going
To change when with a friend and his girlfriend were stay in a theravada
Monastery. Conversation and teaching of ajhan s show me reality i
Understood i do not know very well. It is like a light just happens
At twenty years old. After i use to meditate and pay attention to "simple"
Thing. I am not very inteligent at all. Like 4 noble truth or 8 noble way
Just to have a laic sila (it s called sila the moral way, is it not?) If i am
Not to reduce dukkha to me it could be impossible to each other
Around me. This me that just would be another...
I pay attention like to pratice and teaching of ajhan but in fact i just
Try to wait for emotions gaze to their will neither triing to stop nor to
Fall down, looking at that with no judgment. Or tring to do that...
Just who i am and what i does

Just tring to know more thing about and improv emy pratices, if is good or
Change if is wrong, maybe both.
Triing to feel by metta, have nice day.

Greetings ilervi and welcome to Dhamma Wheel!
“No lists of things to be done. The day providential to itself. The hour. There is no later. This is later. All things of grace and beauty such that one holds them to one's heart have a common provenance in pain. Their birth in grief and ashes.”
- Cormac McCarthy, The Road

Learn this from the waters:
in mountain clefts and chasms,
loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.

Welcome! :hello:
"If beings knew, as I know, the results of giving & sharing, they would not eat without having given, nor would the stain of miserliness overcome their minds. Even if it were their last bite, their last mouthful, they would not eat without having shared."
