yoga times

Post by befriend »

im starting a yoga practice but am not sure the recommended time slots. i was thinking 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening but dont know if 30 minutes is a long enough session to get maximum benefit. i have the time to put 2 hours into it broken in half. but that might be too much. any suggestions, metta, befriend.

Suggestions? Take it easy at first!
"Listen to your body," as several teachers have said.
As little as 15 minutes morning and evening will show benefits, but too much can (1) hurt or (2) let you get into bad habits unless you are seeing a teacher more than once a week.

You can do yoga in early morning this the best time to do this.
Yoga is very old and natural way to keep our body fit and fine.
