Greetings,

I've been listening to that a lot too, but not by choice! It's a decent song, but it's been a bit overdone, especially in our car.

Metta,
Retro. :)

This thread got me in the mood for some tunes. I have to add a classic: The Beatles. Sorry for posting an entire album, but I couldn't choose a single.

In the blood of Eden
So we the end as we began
With the man in the woman
And the woman in the man
“No lists of things to be done. The day providential to itself. The hour. There is no later. This is later. All things of grace and beauty such that one holds them to one's heart have a common provenance in pain. Their birth in grief and ashes.”
- Cormac McCarthy, The Road

Learn this from the waters:
in mountain clefts and chasms,
loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.

Yes, I think Emmanuel's performance is more correctly a medley. He's a brilliant musician and had his hayday in Australia about fifteen years ago and has since slipped back into obscurity. I haven't even heard of him doing the pub circuit.

Speaking of medleys...

Ahh...beautiful!
