Looking for beginning mindfulness practitioners

Post by pbuttner »

Hello, Dhamma Wheel community,

I’m still looking to find a few more beginning Vipassana or mindfulness practitioners to interview on my study of the challenges that Western Buddhists face in their practice.

My goal is to compile a comprehensive guide of these various challenges and resolutions, which I believe will benefit all aspirants on the spiritual path.

Those who have already been interviewed have found it a valuable reflection on their spiritual history and have discovered insights about their practice. I’m specifically looking for beginning practitioners, including those who are just trying it out, who have less than 2 years of experience in mindfulness/Vipassana practice.

The interviews are completely confidential and can be done over Skype or the phone at your convenience. For more information, you can check out the website precariouspath.blogspot.com, e-mail me at [email protected], or call me at (510) 545 6065.

Thank you so much for your help! Warmly,

Ross Buttner, MA
