Bhikkhu Bodhi will being giving a Dhamma Talk tomorrow at 3:30 at Dharma Vijaya Buddhist Vihara in Los Angeles, California.

Excellent! Will you be attending the talk? If so, I'd be interested to hear what he talks about and/or seeing any photos. I lived nearby in Santa Monica but now I'm back full-time in Las Vegas.

It was an amazing talk. Ven. Bodhi spoke on how we, as Buddhists, should not only fight greed, hatred, and delusion in ourselves but also in the greater society. His emphasis was to use compassion not only as a means of inner tranquility but also as a spur towards acts of goodness. I pray that the vihara posts an audio recording on their website. Many members if the Bhikkuni sangha were at the temple as well, as tomorrow there will be a Bhikkuni ordination. I believe Ven. Bodhi will be there tomorrow as well.
