Get the wanting out of waiting

What does womanhood matter at all, when the mind is concentrated well, when knowledge flows on steadily as one sees correctly into Dhamma. One to whom it might occur, ‘I am a woman’ or ‘I am a man’ or ‘I’m anything at all’ is fit for Mara to address. – SN 5.2

Interesting choice of German word for "mindfulness" - "Achtsamkeit." That's closer to "heedfulness."

From pg. 16:
Tiefe der Meditation & Forschung

1. Hindernisse
● Unruhe, Langeweile, Motivations-/Konzentrationsprobleme

2. Entspannung
● Wohlbefinden, ruhige Atmung, wachsende Geduld, Ruhe

3. Konzentration (& Regulation von Emotionen)
● Achtsamkeit, kein Anhaften an Gedanken, innere Mitte, Energiefeld, Leichtigkeit, Einsichten, Gleichmut, Frieden

4. Essentielle Qualitäten
● Klarheit, Wachheit, Liebe, Hingabe, Verbundenheit, Demut, Gnade, Dankbarkeit, Selbstakzeptanz

5. Nicht-Dualität
● Gedankenstille, Einssein, Leerheit, Grenzenlosigkeit, Transzendenz von Subjekt und Objekt
It's not clear what these underlined ones have to do with Buddhism ...

"Achtsamkeit" is the most common agreed upon term in german for mindfulness in basically all traditions.
