南傳上座部佛教是真正的大乘 - Southern transmitted Theravada Buddhism is the true great vehicle.

From Tusita Hermitage 禅修入门手册 (printing version)

简体版 ... %86%8c.pdf

繁體版 ... %86%8c.pdf

There is no English version at the moment. Please take note that this is a printing version. So you will have to print on small papers ( 8” x 6” ), double sided, stack together and staple at the center, then fold into a small booklet. The printing version may look confusing as it is not in sequential order. But after you fold it into a booklet, it will be in sequence.
I google and found a blog that already introducing this handbook. This one is viewing version; can directly save into your smartphone and Bluetooth to your freinds. ... st_20.html
Just double click on the page cover image in this site and it can be downloaded.

edit: 26 Sept 2014
Just realised that there is English version of this meditation handbook. can be downloaded here: ... ndbook.pdf
