Looking for Metta Bhavana Instructions

I have decided to take up the practice of Metta Bhavana and I would really like to find some extensive instructions on how to do it either in a podcast, video, or an online book. Can anyone reccomend any?
The non-doing of any evil,
The performance of what's skillful,
The cleansing of one's own mind:
This is the Buddhas' teaching.

I don't have any extensive instructions but I recommend starting by memorizing the Metta Sutta (Sn 1.8).
Namo tassa bhagavato arahato samma sambuddhassa

The Craft of the Heart by Ven. Ajaan Lee Dhammadharo contains instructions specifically on the four sublime attitudes starting on page 48.
