Dear forum members!

there are a many people in the world who practice buddhism and they have worse mistakes than instance anybody sometimes liars, or anybody often feels grudge, et cetera.
i write some example. i think these are instance worse mistakes:
-use drugs
-does sado maso or pedophilia or interests in other bad sexual things
-smokes a many cigarette and drinks alcohol -> get drunk
-wants many money as a high mountain
-sadistic or dominant behaviour
-does sex with always other and new peoples
-et cetera....

we can find out these are serious barriers and we can change and can make a better behaviour. we can do deep meditate and thinking about our mistakes are wrong and negative. we can clean and change our mind. we can do a little clean in the begin. but in the continue....more clean.

if we still haven't a strong mind we can (almost) cry because we have a strong pain of the mind when we meditate about our big mistakes and try release these.

we can feel interesting and powerful feels in the mind, we can spit out our mistakes across our mind!! lol :)
i think this way is too mad and wild. :guns: what do you think? how do you fight with your worse mistakes?

Three characteristics of existence that we have in mind
are (1) impermanence, (2) suffering and (3) not-self. These three
characteristics are always present in or connected with existence,
and they tell us about the nature of existence. They help us know
what to do with existence. As a result of understanding the three
characteristics, we learn to develop renunciation, or detachment.
Once we understand that existence is universally characterized
by impermanence, suffering, and not-self, we eliminate our
attachment to existence. And once we eliminate our attachment
to existence, we gain the threshold of nirvana.

I think the best weapon against our mistakes is wisdom. Those who behave in unskillful ways do so out of a lack of wisdom. If they were wiser they'd see the foolishness of their ways and put a stop to their mistakes, but they don't see it and so they continue to behave in bad ways and create more bad karma for themselves. The best way to develop wisdom is through awareness...which brings us back to the Buddha's and his teachings. These teachings are all about developing wisdom. Without wisdom we won't see the path...there will be too much dusty in our eyes. Wisdom cleanses the eyes so you can see things as they are. When the the picture of things as they are gets clearer and clearer then the mistakes and bad behaviour will just begin to drop away naturally, because we'll see the stupidity in that behaviour. We'll see it doesn't bring about true happiness.
